3-5 Roper Street, Dubbo NSW

PV Projects is currently constructing a 15-room serviced apartment complex in North Dubbo. Designed to help address the ongoing shortage of workers' accommodation in the region, the project will deliver modern, functional living spaces tailored for short- to medium-term stays.

The complex is scheduled for completion and operation by December 2025.
