3-5 Roper Street, Dubbo, now home to the luxury accommodation venture Ropa Suites, was developed by PV Projects to address the growing demand for premium, sustainable lodging in the region. The 16-room serviced apartment complex officially opened in February 2026, just in time to accommodate the influx of visitors for major local events and the Central West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ).

The project presented several challenges, including a tight residential site, the need to blend seamlessly into the surrounding streetscape, and the goal of minimising impact on the local rental market. Despite these, PV Projects completed construction in just nine months, delivering a mix of standard, premium, and two-bedroom suites, along with a pool, laundry facilities, and ample on-site parking.

PV Projects successfully delivered the development on time and on budget, providing a modern, well-furnished facility that supports Dubbo’s growing economy while offering a quiet, luxurious stay for tourists, business travellers, and families alike.
